- ต้นฉบับที่เป็นรายงานการวิจัยและบทความวิชาการ จะต้องผ่านการประเมินคุณภาพและได้รับความเห็นชอบจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิตรวจสอบเนื้อหาบทความเพื่อลงตีพิมพ์ (peer reviewers) จำนวน 2 คน ถ้ามีการปรับปรุงแก้ไข ผู้เขียนต้องส่งต้นฉบับที่ปรับปรุงแก้ไขแล้วให้กองบรรณาธิการภายใน 15 วัน
- ความคิดเห็นของผู้เขียนรายงานการวิจัยและบทความต่างๆ ไม่จำเป็นต้องมีความเกี่ยวข้องใดๆ กับวิทยาลัยพยาบาลพระปกเกล้า จันทบุรี
